Some people, when needing to offload, to unwind, to let go of their troubles, take them to the yoga mat.
Others take it to the road and walk themselves into a calmer, refreshed, more focused state, the physical, kinetic motion helping their thoughts resettle in a less chaotic order.
Others still take it the page and write their beautiful hearts out.
We all need these protected, almost sacred, spaces we can go to, to rescue us, to rejuvenate us, to keep us motivated, to keep us sane.
