Away on holiday, we have no problem spending an hour or two doing “nothing”.
Like reclining on a beach in the sun, devouring books, or meandering through local streets.
All very relaxing.
Then, we return back home, and those familiar demands come crashing back in.
How can we translate this few weeks holiday a year into more?
How can we make it a few days every month, a few hours every day, a few moments every hour?
How can we embed this kind of space for gentle rejuvenation into our daily lives?
