Something I’ve noticed about young children is their hunger to know more, to ask questions, to be curious.

In short, they have a strong thirst to explore life, and their part in it.

As artists, we can often fall into a rut where we’re not asking any new questions, not trying any new techniques, not exploring anymore.

And so our work, starved on any new stimulus or redirection, ends up tired and predictable. For us, and our audience.

So, what small steps can you take this week to rediscover your thirst to explore?
